Saturday- Youth Conference at Bethesda. Volunteered at the register and saw a few of my friends.
Sunday- Went for sunday school at IBC.
Classes were supposed to join with the other classes of the year 9s but we just huddled around in the usual room cuz no one could be bothered to go down.
Played BS (Bullshit) with the rest and it was getting really exciting cuz I was on a winning streak and then Michael had to spoil it by cheating and Tanya found all the cards under his butt. -.-
Then card war and cushion fight.
Hahah god the room was in such a mess.
Then Max freaking turned off the lights and on the radio and now I’m hooked onto Jamie Kennedy’s- Circle Circle dot dot.
Left and went home for baking marathon twooo!
Baked three times before getting a presentable, edible batch of rock buns/cookies and chocolate brownies to give my friends :)
Dinner + swim + suana with Uncle Benny at Keppel Club.

Monday

Got up early to meet Nat and Wai for shrek.

And our Nat is hot like that. :D
Lido's theatreee was freeeeeeezing.
Then Wai went to Anna's house for a project (I'M SORRRY!), & Nat and i went bersek and extreme, trying on all the ugliest and most humiliating dresses in MNG (:

Then met Munling.
We went to Plaza Sing with the intention of watching a movie,but Plaza sing was only showing 4 movies that we already watched.
Bought a red bean frappucino with whipped cream. 500 calories,thanks for reminding Munling.
Had lunch at Cafe Cartel.

Went to Cine and they had movies but no seats.
Really, lets have more theatres in singapore shall we?
Then we went to Lido, where it was equally flooded, so we snucked in :D
Hahha and we had soooo much fun seeking out all the exits,theatres and projector rooms. Cheeap thrill huh(;

Then we walked around Wismaaaaa.(;

I'm watching Beauty and the Geek now and its bloody side splittingly comicaaaal.
Yes the girls are beautiful but they dont know how to work a walking talkie.

Damn, 3 more days to Swim camp. 8hours of core trng and two hours of studying.

She told herself that she would eat, to try and ignore every piece of morsel that touched her lips and slid down her throat, looking for a new home in some part of her body.
Most probably her thighs.
They seemed to be in high demand.
I will eat, she thought to herself.
               Just for the sake of eating because I can afford it, she attempted to assure herself.
                      Then she saw her friend shimmy up the street, coming down the lane to her house in the prettiest flowy dress that swung to and fro at the edges, made up of the smallest piece of cloth possible. It hugged her friend’s petite body frame, appreciating the curves in her body, clinging to the sides of her evidently thin waist, then slid down to her nearly non-existing hips. The dress cut off just slightly above her mid-thighs, showing of her seemingly never-ending legs.
     What was I thinking, she mused. I cant afford food.
She raced up the stairs to her bathroom and the next minute she was slumped against her toilet seat, her cheek pressed against the cold porcelain, bursting in loud jerky sobs, her shoulders shuddering with heavy wretchedness of her pathetic self.

This holiday doesnt feel right.
Somehow or rather,i'm not exactly in the mood to study.
Its like,poof motivation's gone and bring in the chair i want to sit back and relax., have a pedicure.
Stayed up last night and caught Ms Teen Universe with my mum.
I think its rather important the way we present ourselves and speak with the right words that hold people's attention and i dont think the runner ups did just that.
The things they said when answering the questions,were effortless,bland and even..boring.
Hardly impactful at all.
Not even good enough to at least wow the viewers,and have them nod in agreement.
I'm reading UGLY by constance Briscoe.
Lovely heartwarming book but written in straightforward, direct english though.
The blurb summarizes the book and it goes like this.
"I handed my school photograph to my mother. She stared from the photograph to me. "Lord, sweet Lord how come she so ugly. Ugly. Ugly." "
Evil. }:< Sometimes its good to read stories of others,who lives arent as fantastic as yours.
Manya recently told my brother over dinner that she wished her family were like ours and how envious she was over the bond that our family had.

I burnt my finger when i touched the metal grill in the oven today. -.-
Anyway my first attempt at baking banana muffins failed really badly.
They were soo freaking damn hard,i could throw it against the wall and it wld prolly bounce back at me.
But yeah,my parents ate them with a twisted expression on their face,and they didnt even critisize at all.
Awwh thats the love yo.

My parents are completely enthusiastic and supportive about my whole baking thing,we travelled everywhere getting baking materials and all that.
I think we practically took every single ingredient for baking off the shelves in Cold storage today.
I really have got to bake something decent and worth eating, to let my parents know that i appreciate them alotttt.

Thing is, the cast are completely disappointing.

Went out with Jocelyn and Julia after Synchro nationals, which was btw the pits and i dont really want to talk about it.
Blades of Glory is ultimately the most hilarious shit ever.
Wow,i sound seriously deprived of laughter.
Great Movie,rate it 3 and a half starrrrs.

After that dinner with my parents.
Had strawberry cheesecake icecream at Ben&Jerry's.
Love the bobo hitam or whatever it scalled at Newton<3
Was supposed to catch a night movie at around 10 last night.
I'm not at all amused with the Great singapore sale at alllllllll.
Over enthusiastic kiasu shoppers clogged up the highway and i arrived at Plaza Sing late,
so eventually tickets were sold out.

I want to capture all our beautiful memories.

And i'm at home because i overslept.

Holidays start tmr. I pray this holiday's gna be productivee.

Chef's Pirational for my elective's module.
I'm lucky,lots and lots of baking.
Right from Apple crumble, curry puff, to tiramisu and rum coated chocolate brownies.
Suprise suprise, mum just called.
I'm getting an oven and a proper cake mixerr! :D
Watched Pirates of the carribean ytd.
Orlando Bloom is kinda cute,in a pretty boy way.
Kiera Knightly's gorgeous and skinny,as usual.
Overall show was relatively alright considering the fact that i'm nt much of a POC fan.
Met MichelleLauuuu! (;
After Chef's Pirational went down to Heeran to meet Michelle and Jiyin.
Michelle's friends Natassia and Emily were there too,and they were really nice. (;

Because of my medication for flu and cough, i think i've been looking sickly like what Natties said.
The medicine completely drains my body of energy and i have been so lazy over the weekends, eating then taking medicine and going straight into dreamland.
Disgusting. );

I dont know how i ended up with this decision eventually,
I'm not going to perth anymore.
I'm staying for the synchro nationals.
Wow. To have finally said it out in words, i'm actually getting the jitters right now.

Romeo and Juliet have really grown. But of course, with their trimmed wings they are still unable to fly which is a great assurance to me when i leave them in the garden to walk.
They are completely adorable its difficult to ignore them even though i never had a thing for birds especially.

Today scgs invited Hwa Chong Instituition to give a talk and it was very bias one hahaha.
Yeah promoting HCI and how SCGS would work hand in hand with it so all in all the speaker had said Come to Hwa Chong!

A new blog always gives me that feeling of opening a new chapter in a book and start afresh.
Livejournal seems simple, sophisticated and obvious. Suited for my current mood now.

I'm tired. Open House' 07 killed every single energy cell in my body.
I baked three chocolate brownies (two disastrous ones which Mrs Fernandez demanded we throw away cuhs they were too ugly to be displayed) and four cherry cakes with Audrey today,washed at least 20dishes, cracked two eggs that had two yolks each (how cool is that), did my synchro shift,went for history remedial, had a good heart-to-heart talk with the girls,watched people get dunk and i realise i cant play Tennis for nuts.

Today is Duathalon and Jill,Ming and i were supposed to be time keepers and earn cip hrs but we had to be at Marina Boulevard at 5am in the morning. And we didnt go. The hilarious thing was that the lady in charge called Ming to ask about her attendance, and Ming said, "Wrong Number." HAHA.

I've lost my sense of smell due to my flu, but apparently my appetite hasnt gone away. I've been eating more than i intended to, with or w/o my sense of smell. How very ironic that on a usual day i would have flipped and count every single calorie going into my mouth..

Wailam nearly gave me the biggest heart attack on friday in the morning.
She told me she saw Joanna sitting on a wheelchair the day before.
Thank God Ashley cut in and said she saw Joanna walking to school that morning, which a doubtful Wailam proceeded to say, "But but i saw her pushing herself on the wheelchair along the corridor until the staircase where she.." and then stopped.
Ashley: "Stood up and carried the wheelchair down right!" HAHA.
